Life takes many twists and turns, but along the way we learn many valuable lessons...some perhaps that we didn't want to learn; such as how cruel the world and the people in it can actually be. Along my life journey, I have been victim to this multiple times - as I'm sure many people have been. If I would pass along one piece of advice, it would be that everything happens for a reason; and that when things happen, they are for the betterment of the person affected - whether if what happens is positive or negative.
